Exchange Policy
We do not offer returns or refunds. If a piece isn't right, you have 7 days from delivery to ask for an exchange.
What we accept
Unworn, unwashed pieces with tags intact and the original packaging.
One exchange per order — for a different size of the same piece, subject to availability.
Where the size you want has sold out, we issue store credit of the same value rather than a refund.
What we can't accept
Returns for a refund. Every order is exchange-only.
Pieces bought on final sale.
Items showing signs of wear, alteration, or fragrance and cosmetic marks.
How to start one
Message us on WhatsApp at +91 81785 39622, or email contact@everchiq.com, with your order number and a photo, within 7 days of delivery. We'll arrange a pickup where our courier serves and send the replacement once the original piece reaches us.
